The CMx2 Blitz ladder is playing a couple of scenarios each month. The goal is to determine how well balanced they are for H2H play. Without further ado, the scenarios played this month are:

Probably a stupid question but how do I download this scenario?
Or do I have to sign up for the tournament first?

Played this scenario as Sov vs US AI once, I believe this scenario is pro-Soviet, but want to join the fight and give PBEM a try.
