Hurling the German infantry at the northern objectives was costly, but elegance was not an option due to the turn limit. Casualties were disproportionally high. Motorized Jaeger battalions from HKK 2 (-) captured Gembloux and the northern part of the formation blocked Belgian exit hexes. If the Belgians make a run for it with the 2 "Corps" in the rear, the Central Powers lose.

Liebchen and I have completed our round 1 game (sorry for the delay, I went away for 5 days in the middle of it). The final score was 4264 (Central Powers Major Victory).
