flame weapon vehicles

i'm trying to set up a CMAK QB where we both can have flame weapon vehicles or tanks, preferibly the light armor type but am unable to find a time when the germans have them available.
july 41 the germans have them in CMBB but not CMAK.
any suggestions on a time/parameter when both sides have them available?

I'm pretty sure that late in 1944 the Germans have the Sd 251/16 and the Brits have Wasps (and maybe Crocodiles?)
