Custom Scenarios

Tried my hand at designing a scenario. It is just about done.
Like to know if I need permission to upload it into H2H Productions.
If so, whom do I contact?
Want to go through the proper channels to have it tested, approved for scenario depot, etc..

You don;t need any permission John.To upload it,at least.You upload it and then the cm h2h mod(herr Schacht) or Bootie decide if they will move it to the testing area.
