I cannot connect TCIP, need suggestions

Hey everyone, I am trying to connect to people for a TCIP game of CM. The only way I have been able to is bypassing my router and connecting direct to my computer, which is fine unless other family members are are the computer, mainly the wife, and then I get lots of "flak", and mostly of the 37mm and 85mm heavy stuff....lol. I have made sure the router ports are open any other suggestions out there.

you can verify that windows firewall is NOT on

go to your router settings and turn on DMZ host and point it to YOUR internal IP on your PC, now this will open you up to the net and still leave the others hidden. DON'T forget to turn it off after you're done tho.
