Can I change Matrix version victory hex symbols/icons and base symbols?

Is there a way to change the victory hex symbols/flags/icons & bases to the units?

My Talonsoft version was changed, but I forgot how I did it. Nort left a post on June 12th, but I do not know what options are available.

Are there examples of available mods?
