Some computer related problem

I've been using the number pad arrows to rotate my armor, but recently it moves the map, not rotate the unit?

The arrows on the key pad also move the map. Now I can't adjust my units for armor facing?

Is it possible that I have disengaged my number pad in some way and if so, how can I tell and reactive it?

Pat make sure your pad has the number lock on.

I am so computer illiterate sometimes.

There's a key right on the number pad that says, "number lock". Since I never use it, didn't know I had hit it and turned the numbers off.
