Question on fixed units

Hello.

I have a question about release of fixed units when they are attacked. I'm playing a game where 3 of my units are being attacked my enemy but they don't release after attack...
Is it a bug or normal behaviour?

Attacked in what way? It is possible even if a unit is fired on by an opponents unit it will stay fixed if the enemy unit is not in your units LOS at the end of its move.
