Patch 1.01 is out!!!

It says "Save games from v1.00 ARE COMPATIBLE with v1.01, provided that you save your turn-based games in the COMMAND phase (not the replay phase) before upgrading to v1.01. " .
Someone care to enlighten me how does this translate to pbem games?Aren't all pbem games saved in the command phase?

I guess duplicating the install folder might also work,although i haven't yet tried it?If someone tries it before i do,please do all of us a favor and post here if it worked or not

It means you must manually save during the command phase of a PBEM game, THEN patch, THEN load the saved, finish the turn, and send it. I tried to simply install the patch and load a PBEM file, and the game freezes and crashes continuously.

So you either need to wait and do this for all of your PBEM games at once, or set up a different .exe and do them at your convenience.
