Claim it - the guy's just not responsive.Dunno what I prefer- whether to get to know that something serious and /or disastrous has happened or that the fellow is alright, but has suddenly changed his mindset ... I just hate those kids vanishing in the thin air once the bashing gets underway.

I also hate it. This year I have already lost two opponents like that. The worse one was a 40 turn game where my opponent disappeared after 39 turns!! After al the time we spent on it is just pure disappointment not to be able to finish it.

Sounds like he knew he lost so thought he could cheat you. To all those who have dropped opponents, ensure you follow rule 9 and then once that is done claim the OW win.
