Eric, well done.
Your hard work, thought, and drive helped get this done.
My only contribution was like the guy responsible for waxing the race car.
You built it and drove it!
I think it also can break down as a good 2x2 teamgame.

I downloaded it, but noticed the huge map has six hexes with another elevation than base level. In other words, it is completely flat. The rest of the map is filled poorly and hardly credible as well.
If you ask me, some H2H approved scns have serious quality issues. How can this have gone unnoticed during testing??
I think scenarios had better be judged on beginner's mistakes made by the designers before they are even allowed to enter the testing process.

Belarus is predominantly lowland - flat plains occupy 60 percent of the territory, plateaux 10 percent, and highland hilly areas nearly 30 percent. The north-west has broken and highland relief, while in the south-eastern part the land is mainly level. The south of the Republic is occupied by vast areas of Belarusian Polesje (wood land) which is a large waterlogged flat depression stretching for 450 km from the river Bug to the Dniepr.
Might go some way to explain it.
