if i want to make maps and share them with everybody....what do i got to do for them to be downloaded by anybody that wants to try it?

I assume by maps you mean complete scenarios? If so, any scenario can be uploaded in the scenario depot here at the Blitz. You can also choose to let your design go through H2H to get feedback from others about playability etc before releasing a final version.
