Looking for opponent!
Hi!

I never played TOC PBEM game, I would like to try a small-medium Eastern Front scenario (Budapest 45 especially, but anything else is okay)

I've sent you an email for a game in Budapest '45. If you have any problems setting the game up, feel free to ask for help. I'm using version 2.0

2.0? I thought 1.03 is the latest patch.

I bought my game from John Tiller Software recently. HPS has been slow to update new patches. If you wish to update to the latest version you must contact support at John Tiller Software with proof of purchase There is an ongoing discussion of this in the France '14 update 1.06 thread of this forum. I have some HPS games I haven't updated past the latest HPS patch. Korsun '44, Moscow '41, Kursk'43, Smolensk '41,  Kharkov'42, and Rzhev'42 are East Front and only updated to the latest HPS patch.

I find your comment about a version 2.0 patch interesting as the JTS site lists no upgrades for the games sold by HPS. I would be interested to know what other games have hidden patches from JTS.

RE: Looking for opponent!
Afaik there are no "hidden" patches, the initial JTS releases of HPS games are just called 2.0.
At least I don't see any JTS patch on the Tiller webpage fpr Budapest and so one can assume there is no official patch, at best there is a beta in testing but that would be visible on the developer forum(https://jtsdev.vbulletin.net/forum/main-...iscussions) and I don't see anything there.

This means 2.0 should work with the latest HPS version.
