No Schedlt '44 oob layout scenarios?

Not a show stopper(still a lovely game) but I like them in my Japan 45 & 46 games and even the Graphics Viewer scenarios in PB Battles of Normandy.

Pure speculation on my part, but I think one of the reasons might be that the scenarios use a number of different OOB's instead of the single OOB in each of the Japan games.

It's also likely a reflection of the designer. The designer in Japan had done that sort of thing in his previous games in the Napoleonic Engine as well.
