Is there a Fletche scn in WDS NIR?

No. For some reason there are no smaller scenarios for the Battle of Borodino. It's the whole battle or nothing. In the Talonsoft version (Napoleon In Russia) you could play the Battle of Borodino or several smaller scenarios depicting portions of the battle. That game had a Fleche scenario. But that game didn't have the countless other scenarios that are in Napoleon's Russian Campaign.

I had NIR a few decades ago but it got lost in Canada. Do you still have a copy? If so can you send me the OOB file for the Fletches? I'm trying to put together a scenario for WDS to try a few things.
