This scenario appears not to be in v4.04, but is available for download from theblitz.

Is it ok to use the downloaded file with v4.04?

This is my edited version of the stock scenario and was kindly added to the title when the Gold versions came out, sad it does not appear in v4.04 but I suspect there is a good reason for that (compatibility maybe?), if Rich H does not respond here you may have to email him at WDS support.  Wink
