When I load the program, the default that I see includes DDR. I think that this is dependent upon the last game played.

When I click on the default in Optional Rules Dialog it gives the above recommended optional rules. So they are the required rules for this round. 

DDR is not appropriate for FWWC, as per ComradeP's research.

No Explicit supply is mentioned just so there is no confusion on that rule.
