The things looked bleak from the very beginning and with destruction of first two tanks the Canadians (or was it ANZAC? ...)faced a decisive defeat. However, the hail of fire finally worn the Chinese out to the point where they were stopped, decimated and even pushed back with a flanking movement and a single tank counter-attacking alone in the centre, but the UN forces were down to a couple of tanks and a mortar section in the end.
