The Dutch have a solid defensive line terrain as an advantage. They also have decent artillery for support. Reinforcements arrive in timely manner to help.
Germans have few forces and are outnumber by more then 2:1 in terms of men. Infantry battalions are only coming in day by day so that even the full force is not available before the last day. Corps artillery ineffective as there is no spotter for it. Germans can gain ground but are exhausted by the end of the scenario.
Either different rules(to better get bunker positions cleaned) or other adjustments(Dutch moral more or less crumbled away, what let to retreat on 14th) have to be done. This scenario is so tiny that even small changes could have a big impact.
