While Wellington is famous for hiding his army behind reverse slopes, one of the best things the French player at Waterloo can do is using the undulating topography of the area to conceal the movement of his troops, and do this on a grande scale, i.e., before going in for the main attack. The British-allies, if the French are like this and for that reason, should do everything possible to obtain the best and most comprehensive intelligence of what the French are doing.
