Hard fight from the first move. Look at the losses.
Command and control. Cannot emphasize enough. Get organized and stay organized. Not saying that I did because I didn’t. I’ve played the allies and the Germans in this scenario. My devastating Allied lost will be reported shortly.
As the Germans do not disrespect Allied air powered protect your guns.
My interpretation and I’m sure my honorable opponent has a different interpretation. The key to this fight was the German 16th Army. It was heavily engaged not in an offensive but in defense. Requiring significant reinforcements in the form of reserve units. This hampered my offensive at first.
But I think it’s just my opinion that offensive against the 16th Army used up units that could’ve hampered my advance. My biggest asset was my ability to encircle large numbers of units and destroy them. It there were more units in front of my advance I don’t think I would’ve been as successful with those encirclement.
