Steel God vs. Iceman

Iceman clawed his way forward while I back peddled slowly but continuously for the first 100+ turns, maintaining a line but posing no threat to him, and whittling away at the Germans with the one strong Soviet card, their artillery. With about 20 turns to go and the score just past Draw the weather turned to Frozen and the Germans were out of gas and each turn my artillery narrowed the score. With about 5 turns left in the game I pushed it back down to a Soviet Minor where it stayed.

Steel God skillfully retreated, only letting a handful of battalions get isolated and destroyed. The weather and constant artillery tore down the Germans one by one, until barely anything remained.
“We heard that a Polish cavalry regiment had mounted an attack against our tanks. They had been told that the German tanks were only wooden dummies"
