German Major Victory achieved in mirrored games around turns 9 and 10. Once Germans achieved victory, no chance for Soviets to reverse it. Best Soviets can hope for is to prevent Germans from achieving victory before time expires, but I don't think it's possible here considering how early Germans achieved a major victory in both games.
