Morshead vs. Macdonald74

The Finns pushed hard across the frontier early but had only modest success breaking the Soviet lines. By turn 6 the lines were being pushed back successively north to south but the vital Soviet position at Viipuri remained in Soviet hands despite the Finns most extensive assaults. Finally, the Finns main assault toward Kandalaksha (and the Murmansk rail link) paid dividends and the Soviets in this position broke. Unforyunately - due to completely unforseen circumstances Macdonald74 was unable to complete the game (this was in no way reflection on Macdonald74's effort or commitment to the game - he is an excellent opponent).
