[Jenin, West Bank, Jordan]: [H2H][HIS][CSL]: The Israeli 45th Armoured had flanked the city of Jenin, leaving the 9th Infantry Brigade to assault the city. Enveloping the city, the 9th Infantry Brigade was on the verge of capturing Jenin during the morning of June 6th. A reconnaissance force from the 45th Armoured Brigade had secured the vital Qabitiya Crossroads while the rest of the brigade was moving into the Dotan Valley. After travelling through the night, the battalions of the Jordanian 40th Armoured Brigade arrived at the crossroads, flanking the Israeli reconnaissance company. The arrival of the 40th Armoured Brigade was noticed by the remnants of defenders of Jenin, improving their morale. The Israeli Shermans and Jordanian Pattons fought a bitter battle throughout the morning on the valley floor. [ALL: NOVV][NONE][1.00]

Jordanian Patton tanks clearly outclass Israeli Sherman 50s. Tiough one for the Israelis.

Needs to balanced perhaps by spacing out the arrival of the Jordanian 40 AB so as not to overwhelm the inferior Israeli tanks.

Too unbalanced to be a fun scenario. Needs some work.
Resolve then, that on this very ground, with small flags waving and tinny blasts on tiny trumpets, we shall meet the enemy, and not only may he be ours, he may be us. --Walt Kelly

This scenario has been revised with the 1.01 UPDATE.

Give it another try, guys.

Not enough infantry or firepower to take Jenin. Shermans cannot take on Pattons. Airpower takes out a Patton every now and then but not enough to make a difference.

Still could use some work. The Israeli M50 Sherman's can't stand toe to toe with Jordanian M48's especially at normal combat ranges less than 8 hexes.
