I played this scenario twice as the Entente and the Germans.\r\n\r\nAs for enjoyment, the scenario is a lot more entertaining when you\'re playing as the Entente since the Germans are simply doomed from the very beginning, and there\'s virtually nothing the German player can do about.\r\n\r\nAs for the briefings, I graded it as \"three\". First, everything is in French. This isn\'t necessarily a terrible disadvantage because of the online dictionaries and google translate, but the designer could have spared the players the necessity to translate simply by doing it by himself and including some sort of English version of the briefing. Second, there\'s no historical description of the battle. The briefing only consists of a list of unit types, a list of abbreviations, and a list of scenario events and theatre options.\r\n\r\nAs for the quality of the scenario, it\'s totally unbalanced, and consequently virtually unplayable as the Germans.\r\n\r\nI don\'t know, I\'m not an expert on WW1--the scenario may be a good historical simulation of the battle, but as a wargame scenario, which is supposed to be fun, it simply sucks.\r\n
