The scenario holds many tactical and operational choices as is quite entertaining. A little difficult to follow the esoteric naval rules.
Fun scenario with a little of everything. Lots of decisions about where to deploy naval, air, and land forces.
Starting with the Russo - Japanese War 1904 - 1905 and ending with "The Race for Tunis 1943" each Erik's scenario suffer from certain flaws, maybe it's because they were updated by no means, Erik used to respond back in 2008, but ceased afterwards.
