Paris the capital of France is liberated and the Allied forces are eager to continue their advance in northern direction, to the border, to Belgium and finally into Nazi Germany.
This battle is the furious fight of an Allied Battalion Task Force ordered to seize key terrain in the northern France / Belgium border area. The opponent, a German Fusilier battalion(+)(-), wants desperately to hold onto this area, in order to give other elements additional time to regroup and prepare better defensive positions.
