Unfortunately, each side has different objectives and this takes away from the overall battle.

There were some very good firefights, but for a great portion of the battle, we were not in contact because my goal was to seize objectives and the German goal was inflict casualties and minimize losses. The German side did not know about my objectives.

I took a back door approach and seized two key objectives without firing a shot, which I thought was strange. The German side did not fight me for the objectives because he did not know that they were objectives for me. I did not try to seek him out and engage him because I was holding my objectives, waiting for a counter-attack. So, not much happened for the latter half of the battle.

I always find CM battles are best when both sides are fighting for the same objectives.

Taking into account the historical poor quality of the axis troops at this time, and the green nature of the allies...it still felt like a disadvantage at every engagement..even from inside the cover of a building. The allies gunnery had laser like precision...even at night.

I'd say that it is well-balanced. Though I could accept the argument if people say it is slightly pro-Axis because the onus is on the Americans to take victory locations. However, the Americans are elite airborne troops and the Germans are green infantry. Moreover, a lot of the fighting is in the dark, and in my view, this confers an advantage to the American attackers. These factors balance the scenario out, but as I said beforehand others might say that it is slightly pro-Axis because the onus is on the Americans.
