1) Soviet Armour - the SU100s are both more numerous than the PzIVs and, in the game, were impervious over the frontal arc even at ranges of 200m! This numerical advantage, along with open terrain and over watch positions made it extremely difficult to manoeuvre to the flanks to engage the SU100s from the sides.
2) Soviet Infantry - there were three platoons vs one platoon of German infantry.
To better balance the scenario, I would recommend replacing at least half the MkIVs with Panthers and adding another platoon of infantry (without any more HTs).
