"Korupedion: the "Plain of Cyrus" 281 BC. After Lysimachos, under Arsinoe's murderous influence, earned the hatred of his subjects by killing his eldest son Agathocles - the offspring of his previous marriage - Seleukos perceived it would be easy to overthrow Lysimachos' kingdom, now that the cities had revolted against him. Unfortunately, Memnon's History of Heracleia doesn't provide any real details of the battle which followed, except to say that Malakon of Heracleia slew Lysimachos and that after the battle the victorious Seleukos took over his kingdom."
