Best played a human Egyptian Player against a computer (A/I) controled Israeli Player. At approximately 3:15 P.M. the Egyptian Army struck across the Suez Canal to attack the Israeli Defense Forces' (IDF) Bar-Lev Fortifications all along the length of the canal. However, the first wave of Egyptian troops were not tasked with actually attacking the forts themselves as their mission lay further to the west. These troopers were charged with setting up ambush positions for the enevitable IDF armored counterattack. This first wave had practiced their tasks tens, and even hundreds of times, until each knew their mission by heart. The second wave launched their boats 15 minutes later with the mission of taking out the IDF strongpoints along the canal. As expected Israeli Col Ammon Reshef's 14th Armored Brigade charged to the canal with the mission of reaching their firing ramps and securing the Bar-Lev strongpoints. They would be the first IDF tankers to fall to the Egyptian Sagger Anti-Tank missiles. (Note: the boats will start and unload on the canal embankmant, this is all right but as a house rule don't advance the boats more than one hex from the canal.)
