Best played with a human IDF player or HTH. Not recommended for Egyptian vs. A/I. This is a complete redesign of the original Chinese Farm Scenario #73_4 and is essentially Frank Chadwick's, "Suez 73" (GDW 1982) board game reworked for the Modern Campaigns system. It uses OOB data from that game (and the great research done by Joseph Bermudez!) as well as multiple other sources including Katz's "Israeli Tank Battles," Dupuy's "Elusive Victory," and some other Chinese Farm work I've done over the years on other computer/board game scenarios. I've often thought Suez 73 was a great game which was way ahead of its time and thought it was perfect for treatment here. Threre are a great many changes from the original Mideast 67 "Chinese Farm" scenario, please see the included Chinese Farm Designer Notes File. I believe the OOB is as accurate as any can be on this conflict until the IDF and Egypt issue official OOB's! There will be a much more active battle in "Africa" than in the original game scenario. The Israeli "Ha Sinai" unit is the elite Southern Command Recon unit and uses captured Arab equipment from 1967 (this is in addition to the TI-67's) and thus the Unit Files & Unit Pictures have been added to (but nothing has been subtracted so other scenarios should be unaffected). Note the IDF has a Supply Source near Fayid, this is the Kibbit Air Force Base which the IDF flew supplies into during the actual campaign.

My copy shows both versions as 16 turn scenarios. Where is the 25 turn one?
