Kaeson area, formally known as North Korea, July 13th 1985 [D+28]: On July 13th Chinese forces
first clashed with US and ROK forces. The most vital sector was again the western corridor which
US forces prepared to bitterly contest the advance of "the dragon". The US was about to experience
the Chinese juggernaut. [Size: medium] Designer's notes: The Chinese infantry are some what of a
unique unit compared to anything represented thus far in the Modern Campaigns series. They are
relatively weak defensively and can suffer large numbers of casualties when used improperly but
they can be a unstoppable juggernaut on the assault. They are also extremely mobile for foot
infantry.
