Western Corridor, South Korea, July 15th 1985 [D+30]: On the second day of the Chinese conflict
the Chinese forces had broken through on every front but the eastern coastline. The US and ROK
forces were sent reeling and began falling back trying to contest as much of the ground as they
could. In the western corridor the Chinese forces crossed the Imjin River and attempts to advanced
rapidly along the well traveled road that was known as MSR1 that was still littered in the wreckage
and the tens of thousands of bodies from the war with North Korea. [Size: medium] Designer's
notes: The Chinese infantry are some what of a unique unit compared to anything represented thus
far in the Modern Campaigns series. They are relatively weak defensively and can suffer large
numbers of casualties when used improperly but they can be a unstoppable juggernaut on the
assault. They are also extremely mobile for foot infantry.
