Like a game of land based "Battleships". If any of the German Compaies catch up with a partisan band it is "Goodbye Vienna" but to do this they need to avoid simply defending their own objective hexes leaving an opportunity for the Russian partisans to grab them and hang on until scenario end.

A very quick scenario with less than 10 units on the map.
