The Battle of Abbeville, 4 June 1940: De Gaulle's effort to crush the German bridgehead at Abbeville had seriously dented the German lines and bagged hundreds of prisoners, but the bridgehead remained intact. As the Dunkerque evacuations drew to a close, the Allies made one last effort against Abbeville, this time by elements of the 51st Highland Infantry Division, the 31e division d'infanterie alpine, and the 2e division cuirassée. Though the Allies enjoyed considerable artillery support, dislodging the Germans from the heights southwest of Abbeville would be easier said than done...[Size: Small] Design Note: This scenario should be played with the "Indirect Fire" optional rule.

Allied units are all D quality and can't really dislodge the German infantry.
