Cannot see the way the Soviets can win this scenario decisively unless the Germans adopt a forward defense doctrine and let themselves be destroyed and even then there may not be enough time just to reduce them even if they were surrendering.
A lot of maneuvers in a seemengly slow and small game.
If the Soviets can make it to the exit hex (depending on mines, ZOC, and weather) they may have a chance. They are just outclasses by the Axis in this one.

Easily defensible for the Germans. Soviets need to make the exit objective, and the weather and time is not on their side.
