Scenario Briefing: This scenario covers the period from November 16 - 26 in which the US Sixth Army fought to turn the flanks of the Japanese 35th Army and advance on Ormoc from both north and south. The advance would be hastened later in early December when the US 77th Infantry Division would land just south of Ormoc and link up with the 7th Infantry Division and finally take the town and main supply point for the Japanese forces.
