Scenario Briefing: The Japanese attack on the 23rd through 24th had failed to crack the 7th Division's lines. The Japanese renewed their attack on the 26th and the battle lasted for two days.
The attack came close to breaking the US lines but the timely arrival of the 1st Battalion of the 184th RCT saved the day. They were rushed into the gap near Company G just in time to avoid a breakthrough. The line had held and the 7th Division would go over to the offense in early December.
Player's Note: The 11th Independent IR held the coastal line and played no part in the assault. They are included for historical purposes and take no part in the battle.
