Intended for Head to Head play.

Scenario Briefing: On March 10, terrible weather and terrain conditions made the advance west of the Sarviz slow. The I SS-Panzer Corps, reinforced by the fresh 23rd Panzer Division, aimed to capture the crossings over the Sio Canal: Ozora, Simontornya and Cece.
The capture of Mezöszilas and Igar by the 1st SS-Panzer Division of the I SS-Panzer Corps placed them at the gates of Simontornya which was partially captured on March 13 in a fierce urban battle.
The 23rd Panzer Division fought for nearly three days to capture Saregres in a brutal struggle against the stubborn Russian defenders who retreated to the outskirts of Cece.
Neither division was able to gain a bridgehead over the Sio Canal nor completely capture the parts of Simontornya and Cece that lay behind the Canal, thus ending any further advance in that area except for the small bridgehead of the 12th SS-Panzer Division (see #45_0313_38_12th_SS-Panzer Divion_High_Water_Mark).

Designer Note: Axis artillery suffered from shortages of fuel and prime movers, hence these units are fixed until March 13.

Recommended Rules: [Default] Alternative Assault Resolution, Artillery Set Up, Recon Spotting, Virtual Supply Trucks, Low Visibility Air Effects, Quality Fatigue Modifier, Counterbattery Fire, Night Fatigue, Programmed Weather, Limited Air Recon.
