After disaster Polish Army "Lodz" at Osuchow and Psary, element 28th Infantry Division trayed got access to sieged Warsaw. 36th "Academy Legion" Infantry Regiment ( 36 pulk piechoty Legii Akademickiej ) get order - strike from Brwinow to Warsaw. In history battle was lost by Poland. Polish forces were retired at south to stronghold Modlin.
