Blood on Grigorki Beach - The Matrix Games version of East Front II

February, 1943. The picturesque seaside holiday town of Grigorky on the Black Sea has been a quiet position for the German mountain troops and their Rumanian allies manning the coastal defences. Dawn on the morning of 4 February a dense fog lifts to reveal a Soviet invasion fleet carrying the Black Sea Marine Assault Brigade just about to hit the beaches, intent on capturing Grigorki and cutting the coastal highway. As the shocked defenders man their positions the support fire from the Black Sea Fleet cruisers and destroyers rains down on them. The Red Airforce is also out in force. Frantic calls go out for German reinforcements...
