[This scenario is intended to be played with the Blitzkrieg EFII expansion pack installed]: Odessa, Ukraine: [Best played vs Human Opponent]: The element of surprise is a fascinating concept in warfare, and few know this like the 5th Army Corps of the 4th Rumanian Army. In the midst of the reorganization the Russian 451st Marine Division launched a large counter attack against the east flank of the encirclement of Odessa. By air, land and sea the Russians advanced, causing panic and retreat amongst the Rumanians. After regrouping to the north, the Rumanians managed to counter-attack and push the Russians back to their start positions.
1) The Soviet infantry are too weak.
2) The Romanians have too many mortar teams.
3) If the scene is not played blind, the Soviet landing craft transform from 'unexpected' to 'completely expected' and have no chance of survival.
