Suomussalmi Finland, 170km E of Oulu; 570 Km N of Leningrad: [Best played against Human opponent] The german 3rd infantry division had cut off and encircled the 163rd Soviet Rifle Division. Now the soviets have to hold the line and fight off the germans or else they will lose their foot hold in Finland.

This scenario was played with EA on. Even with that the large german force crushed the Russians. 30 turns gives the Germans ample time to gain a Major victory. That was the outcome of our contest, I expect that to be the case with whoever plays it. Maybe an adjusment in the german numbers might help this one.
