Gorodok near Schlusselburg, 45km E of Leningrad: [Best played against Human opponent or as Axis] On January 11, 1943, a urgent radio request came from the German 283rd Panzer Grenadier Regiment holding a portion of the line near the power station at Gorodok. The Soviet 61st Tank Brigade and elements of the 13th Rifle Division were making an attack on their lines across the frozen Neva River. With no tank support of their own, the infantry units were being split apart and their bunkers overrun. It was a job for the Mark VI Tiger tanks of the 502nd Heavy Tank Battalion, new to the Eastern Front, to respond to the call. Their mission was to act as a "Fire Brigade" and plug any gaps in the line.
