Bridge Attack - The Matrix Games version of West Front

June 1944 June 1944- Northern France. To prevent Axis reinforcements reaching the Normandy coastline when the invasion begins in a few hours time, your forces mission is to take and hold the vital bridge. If in the likelihood that superior enemy forces are evident, the bridge must be destroyed after taking it. You will be met by French Resistance under the command of Captain Denison who will parachute in with the first drop.They have made preliminary defences by the placing of mines on the enemy relief roads. Air strikes are available but must be used sparingly, the air force have a busy night ahead. Enemy reinforcements will not be long in arriving so ensure that your perimeter defences are in place to welcome them. Good luck.
