Your mission is to clear the hill and surrounding area of German forces. The pass is required for the forward build up to push onto Agrigento. The pass as become a graveyard for armour, infantry guns are in the vicinity but local agents advise that they lightly guarded. You have three Ranger companies and artillery support for your task. Destruction of the guns is not paramount, securing the heights are the objective.
