Location : Between Goch and Kalkar. It has been several days since the start of Operation Veritable. British and Canadian units have been fighting hard to breach the German defensive positions in the Reichswald and the surrounding cities and villages. 2nd Canadian Divsion was ordered to sever the road between Goch and Kalkar and to swing around to the southwest with the aim of envelopping the city of Goch. After severing the the road and pushing aside a Kampfgruppe of 16th FJ.Regiment, the leading Brigade : 4th Canadian Infantry was preparinf to resume it's advance when it was hit hard by an attack of Kampfgruppe "Von Poschinger" of Panzer Lehr Division. The German 47th Panzer Korps was committed to the battle and had orders to clear the road and drive any enemy forces back. When Canadian losses began to mount the divisional commander directed all available reinforcements to the scene.

Turns very pro allies in later portions of the scenario
A good back and forth scenario.
Allies have a decent number of fireflies with their nice AT gun able to hurt Germans panzers.
Well balanced, German forces need to be very aggressive at start if they hope to win.
Far too many Shermans as reinforcement. An overkill of Kangaroos as well, which can be used as overrun vehicles. Not enough Axis AT defense.
