The Balkans - The Matrix Games version of West Front

Hypothetical Scenario - While the Germans had little trouble rolling through France and the low countries, their allies, the Italians, did not fare so well in their expansionist pursuits. The Italian army was not as well trained or equipped to deal with a stiff defense and so as they attacked Greece and Yugoslavia, their drive was soon halted across the front. Hitler soon sent aid to help the Italians finish the job and the British landed yet another expeditionary force to help the Greeks and Slavs defend their homelands.
